Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is for you if…

  • You’ve lost touch with your inner self - after parenthood, burnout, or years of living by others’ expectations

  • You’ve been shaped by beliefs, patterns or roles that were never truly yours

  • You feel disconnected from what you want, how you feel, or who you really are

  • You’re craving deep rest, stillness, and time in nature to reset

  • You feel emotionally "off," energetically numb, or quietly untethered

  • You want to reconnect with your intuition, truth, and inner guidance - without pressure

  • You’re drawn to sacred spaces that honour silence, softness, and nervous system safety

  • You’re ready to be held - gently, without having to perform, explain, or push through

  • You want to remember yourself… without rushing, fixing, or doing more

You don’t need prior retreat or yoga experience, only a willingness to be with yourself. This is not a place for hustle, spiritual bypassing, or pushing through discomfort for the sake of growth. Nothing here is rushed, or performative.

What Can you expect?

SOULWORKS is an invitation to soften, arrive exactly as you are, and to return to your own inner rhythm. There are no icebreakers here, no forced sharing, and no expectation to connect in ways that feel unnatural or superficial. Relationships unfold organically here, through presence, shared experience, and quiet understanding. You are never pressured to speak, participate, or be a certain way. Your energy, boundaries, time, and investment are deeply respected. Supported by experienced, trauma-informed facilitators who understand the importance of choice, consent, and nervous system regulation, nothing is rushed and nothing is forced.

You can expect sacred silence woven throughout the experience with intentional moments of quiet that allow you to listen inward, integrate, and simply be. These pauses are just as important as the practices themselves, creating space for clarity, insight, and deep rest. Each day is structured to support your journey within, using grounding practices that bring you into the present moment. Through mindful movement, nature immersion, ceremony, and guided self-reflection, you are invited into deeper contemplation and self-inquiry at your own pace.

Above all, SOULWORKS is a space for authenticity. Your inner truth, self-love, intuition, and lived experience are honoured here. You don’t need to fix yourself or become someone new. What is celebrated is your willingness to listen, to soften, and to trust the wisdom already within you.

Through her presence and practice, she invites you to reconnect, release, and remember the deeper wisdom and intelligence already within you.

What’s the refund/cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible.
• Full refund up to 6 weeks prior to the retreat
75% refund up to 4 weeks prior
50% refund up to 2 weeks prior
• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds within 7 days of the retreat start date

Yes. The retreat space is wheelchair accessible. If you have specific access needs or questions, we’re always happy to discuss how we can best support you.

What if I don't know any astrology?

No prior knowledge is required. Astrology is used as a gentle, reflective tool rather than something you need to understand or study. Everything is explained clearly, and you’re invited to engage with it in a way that feels supportive for you.

What should I bring with me to the retreat?

All materials required for workshops and sessions are provided. You’re invited to bring only what you need to feel comfortable and supported—personal items, comfortable clothing, and a warm layer or jacket, as evenings in the forest can be cool. Think simple, practical, and easeful.

Can I smoke or bring alcohol?

SOULWORKS is a sober retreat. This is an invitation to turn inward and meet yourself with clarity and presence, so smoking, alcohol, and other stimulants are not permitted. We ask that all guests arrive with a respectful, open attitude and a willingness to engage the experience with awareness and care.

What might a typical day look like?

A detailed itinerary will be shared once your booking is confirmed.

Each day is gently structured to balance guided experiences with spacious rest. A typical day may include:

• Morning sun salutations and gentle yoga
• Breakfast (breakfast is provided privately in each villa)
• Guided forest walk and clay and sound meditations
• Communal lunch, prepared and served by the facilitators
• Rest and contemplation time — free to use as you wish, with encouragement for journaling, silence, and rest
• Communal dinner, prepared and served by the facilitators
• Evening workshop
• Closing the day in stillness

Days are intentionally unhurried, allowing space for integration, reflection, and nervous system regulation.

This is your sacred pause

Drop the mask. Let your nervous system exhale.

Come be held. Come be witnessed. Come be restored.
